What is your definition of service?
Seeking to understand someone's need and applying all knowledge and resources I have to deliver beyond their expectations in a timely manner while educating them using simple and common examples to explain details and options.
Favorite candy bar?
It depends on the setting ... most of the time it is licorice (black or red) and while normally do not drink soda, when I am camping/vacationing, there is something magically about enjoying a snickers while sipping a Dr Pepper.

Doing anything with my kids and grand kids, especially if it involves an outdoor activity and water.

Improving quality of life for all living things

Swimming in a cool, but not cold body of water watching the sun rise.

Why do you do what you do?
I really enjoy helping people in all aspects of life and with my every day work duties. The satisfaction of hearing or seeing someone happy after I’ve solved their problem, or guided them through a quicker, easier way to do something or just being there to support my team with whatever is going on that day makes me smile. It’s all about SERVICE of all kinds and what can I do today to make someone else’s day better than mine.
What is your definition of service?
The act of going above and beyond what is expected of me to help someone solve their problem in whatever the “problem” may be.

I have no clue. Lol.
What age do you wish you could permanently be?
11, I had no worries in life except riding my bike, listening to Michael Jackson or Duran Duran and being way too competitive in Physical Education class. Those were the good days!

What would be your first question after waking up from being cryogenically frozen for 100 years?
I would want to know about my family.
What would be your ideal way to spend the weekend?
Any time I get to spend with my husband and our children is ideal; I really like camping and anything outdoors.
When you think about technology- what comes to mind?
The evolution and how much technology changes from day to day is insane! When I think back to being a kid in computer class and playing Oregon Trail which I thought was just amazing back then!

Through knowledge and understanding, technology is a powerful tool that is immensely helpful and now often indispensable in its usefulness.
